SEALCOATING

Sealcoating your asphalt not only protects your investment by reducing long term maintenance expenses, it makes your asphalt look like new. Barnes Asphalt has highly trained specialists and uses the highest quality products.

STRIPING

From handicap pavement markings to parking lot stripes, clear visible lines are essential for any parking lot. Barnes Asphalt uses the highest quality paint to ensure that it lasts for years to come.

PATCHING

Barnes Asphalt offers full depth asphalt repairs. In addition, we use the latest technology in infrared repairs to create a joint free bond with existing pavement making it structurally superior to traditional methods.

CRACKFILLING

Cracks in your asphalt can allow water and moisture to get underneath it causing further deterioration. We clean the cracks with compressed air and fill them with a hot applied crack material.  Failure to act quickly on cracking asphalt  can lead to further deterioration of the foundation and will become more costly to repair.

MILLING

Asphalt milling is the process of removing a portion of asphalt (anywhere from a couple of inches to a full-depth removal) from an already paved road, driveway, or parking lot. Typically, this will be done when there needs to be repairs made to the asphalt that span across the entirety of the pavement. The asphalt that is removed is then recycled and offered as an option to be used elsewhere in other paving applications.
